We bake three kinds of muffins :
- 100% honey wholewheat, with honey
- Organic spelt (vegan, low sugar, and low carb)
- Rice flour (gluten free, low sugar, and vegan)
Our muffins are low fat, contain no salt and are either sweetened with :
- Unsweetened fruit juice
Every Wednesday and Saturday we bake new muffin flavors of the bakers choosing!
This is one of our most popular items in our store! These sticky, butterscotch buns are guaranteed to cheer up a friend, improve your mood, and the aroma will just warm anyones’ heart (It also fills the bakery each morning- yumm!).
We use California walnuts and dried fruit with sugar and butter along with wholegrain goodness to last you longer! Chelsea buns are baked each morning.
We offer 4 different croissants daily :
- Classic butter croissants
- Chocolate croissants
- Almond croissants
- Chocolate almond croissants
Occasionally (and for orders!) we bake up quiches! You can find them in our freezer out front.
We mainly bake veggie quiches; filled with broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, cheese and whatever veggetables are in season.
We bake gluten free scones- one of our most popular gluten free items! Many customers and staff who have tried the delicious scones say they would never know they contain zero gluten. We bake various fruit flavors including:
- Apple cinnamon
